Very low electrical signals pass between measuring end and display units which are situated far off. These low-level signals are prone to external noise pick ups during transmission. Conductor : The conductors are drawn from bright electrolytic grade bare copper or tin copper as per customers requirement.
Core colour : As per customer requirement
Insulation : PVC/XLPE/PE/As per customer requirement.
Screening : Polyester Tape followed by Aluminium Mylar tape for overall shielding along with ATC drain wire
Braiding : Best in class ATC braiding with minimum coverage of 80%
Armouring : Hot dipped Galvanised steel wire
Sheathing : ST1 PVC / FR / FRLS / LSZH. Available in black, blue and grey colour
Marking : Sequential meter marking with generic marking “Bintex” at one meter interval.
Packing : Available in standard packing of 100 mtr. Drum packing 500 mtr and above available on request.
